How to make people comfort?

Firstly, I wanna say sorry if you don't understand about this article. Cause my English is not good. (hehehe)
Yeah I just wanna share my experience,the way to make people comfort beside you.

1. Listen, don't too much talking. Because, all people most like if you wanna hear them. So, listen him with your sweet smile. And sometimes give your opinion.
2. Don't give him advice if he doesn't ask you. Let him talking about his problem. May be he just need someone to hear, not to judge!
3. Give him praise until his cheek blossom. And enough...
4. Always smile if you pass him...
